Shipping & Return Policy
All returns and exchanges must be Pre-Authorized and returned within 10 business days of receipt (of original ship date). Returns and exchanges will be accepted only on handbags that have not been used. Handbags need to be returned in the original packing and with all tags attached.
Once you receive your return authorization number, please insure your returned package as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. (keep your tracking number). Damaged returns will be refused. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
If you receive a delivery with a damaged carton, please refuse the delivery and contact a customer service representative at Nan@switchitbynan.com.
We will process your refund within 20 business days once your return package has been received at "Switch It By Nan." We will notify you via e-mail that the transaction has taken place.
